Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge the land on which we gather and work is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, many of whom continue to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous people.

With over 30 years of experience working in commercial and residential real estate development in the Greater Toronto Area, Babak has acquired extensive expertise in land acquisition, development approvals, financing, marketing and sales for projects of all scales. A graduate of Imperial College, London, he has earned two master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Management Science.
Ali Mohtashami | CEO
A knowledgeable leader in construction and development, Ali has over three decades of experience in the private and public sectors. Focused on delivering exceptional projects to stakeholders, Ali places high priority on sustainability and quality when it comes to building. A graduate of the University of Toronto and York University, Ali has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
